Just curious about the cost of a benz in US.

What would be the cost of
* a 2005 c230 kompressor sports sedan
* black/ash
* automatic
* comand navigation system
* entertainment package

My friends are telling me it would come around $34K on road after looking through cars.com . Is there anything where some bargaining be done with the dealers to lower this price?
