We have a ML350 with a heated steering well. According to the owners manual it should heat up to 35C but it does anymore. We had it looked at and replaced several times after some 'discussions' with the dealer.
It now heats to 26C which is better than the 22C of the many tested on the dealers lot but still not up to the original. They refuse to do anymore.

Anyone else have similar issues? I encourage everyone to have the temp checked on the next visit to the dealer for 35C/95F after a couple of minutes.
