2002 CL500 - my trunk is closed but the trunk open bell rings constantly when i drive and i can't lock the car because alarm will ring ( i assume it thinks someone is opening trunk). is there some loose ground wire? does the mechanical trunk latch need to be replaced? is that hard to do?

could be the latch or the stiker might need to be adjusted.
