I was wondering if there are any Benz enthusiasts out there who could help me identify a Mercedes Benz model from some pretty dodgy photos.

I run a roadside stall selling honey and I have footage of a bloke stealing from it... unfortunately, while my camera provided picture-perfect images of the man and the theft, it didn't catch his number plates... so I was hoping someone could at least tell me what model he was driving... Like I say, the pics are pretty ordinary but I'm sure some of you can make an educated guess! And just in case it matters, it will be an Australian model...

It looks like a C or E-class to me, but because of the angle, I cannot tell how long or short it is, but going off of the idea that it is kind of short, I'm gonna guess it is a C-Class.
