hi i have a N-reg C230K (manual) and when i floor it it sounds like its flooding or not firing properly it just borkes and goes slugish.

also on tickover it doesnt tickover properly it nearly stalls or does stall.

i found a sensor or what looks like a sensor wich was hanging down on wireing under bonnet its the 1 that clips into the plastic intake wich joins onto the inlet manifold.

Are you sure it is a sensor and not just a connecting plug (plastic casing with pins inside)?
It looks like the connection to the MAF has come loose.
Fix it to the socket at the MAF casing carefully and get back to us.
