Slk 230 abs/asr light mk1
Abs/asr light comes on sometimes when starting from warm, then the gearbox won't change out of 3rd gear
Other times car will work fine from cold and warm starts.
When changing between 2nd and 3rd gear from heavy acceleration sounds like a banging coming through the floor underneath the car.
Was caught in a thunderstorm yesterday, before I could put the roof up we got soaked.... Now the car won't lock, or the roof won't go up.... Mot runs out in a week, maybe time for the scrap yard? Any suggestions on the possibilities would help thanks folks xx
