Default Possible problem on (04) E-320 (Newbie)

I purchased a (04)E-320 for my wife. I noticed on the way home a hydraulic buzzing sound as soon as I let off the brakes. You can feel the vibration and hear a buzzing sound going from park to reverse or reverse to drive while letting off the brakes. Is this vibration & noise normal and just a new nuisance Mercedes has introduced, or is there a concern? I put a call into my sales rep. But just wanted any info. before I spoke to him. Thanks in advance.
Also, wife stated she heard it & felt vibration turning left without brake on???

Mercedes has recalled the E-class (and SL-class) with SBC brakes, so you might want to ask whether your car is affected or not.

Thanks for the Reply. I tried to look up any Technical Service Bulletins for the 04's. Found one site, but they only listed Navigation, seat belts & trunk. Will keep looking to try to find info to gather before I speak to sales rep.
