Need help in making purchase desicion
1999 CLK320 3.2L(18V)
2002 E320 3.2L(18V)
1997 E420 4.2L(32V)
1999 S320 3.2L(24V)
Hi I'm thinking of buying a MB one of this models is a possibility all range between 60-80,000 miles.
What are the major differences as far as handling, performance, maintenance cost and reliability.
All comments will be greatly appreciated.Thanx.Eli

All of your choices are good cars. Mechanically all 320 choices are going to have the same maintenance. The s class is a larger car with the same engine so one would expect performance and mpg to be slightly less and reliability to be the same. IMHO and e class is hard to beat.
