Valve Gasket
I have a small oil leak from the right side and the local MB garage said its the Valve Cover Gasket. To replace both sides they want $569.86 which sounds a little expenseive to me. Any thoughts!

They are a profit center, eh?
It is a simple but time consuming job. If you don't have the skills and tools, find a local independent Benz tech. Probably get it done for less than half, or better.
