Default Replace idler pulley.

I've got an oil leak, which appears to be coming from the idler pulley (belt tensioner) on the front of the engine. I believe there is a gasket behind this part that has a history of leaking. Is this fix a DIY project or must it be handled by a service center. I have above average mechanical abilities, so that is not a concern. Thanks!

No, it appears to be engine oil, but I'll dig deeper. The vehicle is going in to the dealer tomorrow to have the harmonic balancer and catalytic converter replaced under recall. I'll see what they find/recommend and decide if it's worth dealing with myself. Just thought someone may have had some insight into the gasket replacement.
