Default E430 W210 Idler pulley removal

My drive belt snapped and I need to replace the idler pulley also (top pulley with ribs on it). I loosened the bolt that holds the pulley and it hits the fan when I pull it out. I have spun the fan and there is no gaps between the blades for the bolt to come out. To remove the fan, do I need to remove Radiator, shroud and viscous coupling? The viscous coupling has a large nut. Is this the short cut or does it all have to come out. Or does the I idler support have to be un bolted from the block?
Cheers Schnezza

IT WILL COME BY THE FAN IF YOU HOLD YOUR MOUTH RIGHT. IF NOT THEN JUST TAKE THE LARGE NUT OFF AND THE FAN WILL COME OFF.
