The passenger side A/C louver in the instrument panel is stuck closed. Please advise how to remove it to troubleshoot. Thanks.

 

You will need two thin but strong rods about 1/8" thick with about 15 deg bend 1/2" from the end (I used two 3mm ball end allen wrenches). Take a flashlight and look inside, you will find 2 tabs to be lift up in order to slide out and remove the louver assembly. Check this forum for dash vent, I have posted pictures of the center vent before.
