2nd Row tumble (release handle)???

2nd Row tumble (release handle)???
Does anyone know where I can purchase a 2nd row tumble kit? I'm not even sure if that's what it's called. I was lucky enough to buy and install the 3rd row seats, but ingress/egress is a little difficult without the tumble kit. Attached are the pics of what I'm talking about.
