I locked the car with the remote button on one of the key fobs, and then I lost that key fob.

The second key fob starts the car, but the remote buttons do not work.

I know the alarm will sound when I unlock the car with my only remaining key.

But, will the car start?

Will the alarm shut down when I put the key in the ignition?

I would really appreciate any answers. The car is far from home. I am trying to avoid problems with the anti theft system.

 

Car will start. The central locking wont work. If you're unlocking the door with the key blade, it should disable the alarm.
