Does anyone know the anti-theft radio code for a 1998 SLK 230 ?
The battery died awhile ago and I can't get it to work anymore.

every radio is different. dealer can give it to you but they need the serial number on the radio, radio must come out. or if you take the car to the dealer and they have a record of your car, they usually have it in the computer or on the repir order. call the last dealer that the car was at and ask them they might have it. unless the radio has been changed.

 

They come with a card with the code on it so you can keep it in a save place away from the car. I found that the last owner of mine had put the card in between the pages inside my owner's manual.
