Today i left my sunroof open while i was working.
I left work and it would not close at all.
The cables appear to be in the track
and i only had it half way opened so when it wouldnt close i opened it the rest of the way
and the motor and everything sounded fine.
but now i have the problem... well the cables i believe arent suppose to be showing number 1
and number 2, my sunroof is stuck open!

any ideas on at least how to get it closed? Im pretty good with cars but i was told not to even touch the sunroof without knowing what i was doing. Any suggestions?

I would really rather not send it to MB for service. But i will if i have to.

 

well i found out how to close the sunroof maunally.... i didnt know i even had the owners manuals haha.
and i wanted to say its a 98 e320. haha
