First time post here - Your help is more than appreciated!

Ok, so my sunroof is stuck on my 02 CLK430. It will open as much as I want, but will only shut about 80% of the way. The motor just stops - which is odd because the motor still works to open it with no issues.

Any ideas here - I'd hate to bring it in just for this. Is there any type of manual crack to fix this ?

pry off plastic covers on overhead control panel where the lights are and there is a hex screw that is for manually closing roof.

Chasis121 -sounds like the roof needs to be synchronized (do keyword search for it above)....
