My 300e has a slow oil leak at the rear main seal and possible at the head gasket. I am closely monitoring the oil level until I can afford the repairs.

My question is this: why does my oil pressure read 2-3 bar when I first start it up in the morning, but then drops to 0 bar within a couple of minutes?

 

Om my 300e some times the oil pressure gague drops to o like when i am stoped. when your car is moveing if it has goog oil pressure 3 you should be fine keep checking oil low oil loil pressure

 

also check fuse that control's left instermenit cluster usually tail lights are on the same circut.
