Default Headlights conversion....

Hey guys,
I have a few questions in regards to the conversion on my 2000 E320. (want to install the new projector headlights)I already have xenons on the car (stock) but the person who previously owned the car had put them on afterwards (meaning they didn't come "stock" from MB but I am 99% positive that they are stock)This is my understanding....

1. Where can I buy the headlights for a reasonable price and a reliable source?
2. Do I need any x-tra parts i.e. different bulbs...or anything else for that matter, or is it just a "plug and play deal?
3. Can I install them myself? How hard is it taking that front bumper off? Is there a misalignment problem afterwards or is that dummy proof?
4. Also, I have the chrome rings around my current headlights...do they come off easily or do I need a new set?

I guess those are all the questions that come to mind for now, but please feel free to provide any extra info that I might need in completing this task correctly. I thank u in advance.

Not intending to sound harsh but I'm wondering why you just don't look at the reply to your January post?
