Its an 04 CLK 320.

Anyone know what to do ??
I have a 06 CLK350 and this happened to me as well it’s most likely the same solution. You need a flashlight and a long rod the diameter of a pencil. On the inside side of the headrest shine your light down and you should see a metal plate with a hole in it. Insert the rod while pushing down on the headrest push down on the rod until it releases the headrest and sets it back in place. Repeat this on the other side. Hope this helps!
