Hi, I would like to thank any one for answers in advance. I own a 2004 S430 which has the button above nav to drop the rear headrest's which is working fine, My question & after reading the Manual is that the Rear HeadRest's by holding in the same button for a few seconds should be able to Raise the headrest's? When i do hold button in it sounds like something is trying to rasie them hear some kinda noise,Am i incorrect & can the Rear Headrest's only be raised Manually? Or should i be able to hold in the button to raise them up?Kinda seems like alot of work if you have passenger's that you manually have to set them up.So any help is appreciated I just swore the manual state's hold in the same button that drop's them for a few second's and they should be raised automatically. Thank's for your time & help! Also seperate and another issue but if possible can anyone elaborate on using the sms button which is located in command nav? Does it require subscritption ect:

if the button for the rear headrests has an up and down arrow then you can put them up or down. but most of the cars out there only have the down feature. usually only fully loaded S class cars or V12s have the up feature.
