Where I can get Owners Manual for Mercedes-Benz CLK 320 1998 ?

and where I can buy another key for that car? because I have only one key and if I lost that key [:@]...

You probably want to talk to your local MB Dealer, prior to buying one off eBay. I've read that the dealerships will not program a smartkey that was not purchased from them, but you can confirm with your local dealer. I'm new to this Benz world, so I might be mistaken.
