a cure for ; Pax seat- sign of life but no movement when trying to get in the back
Regarding a posting I made the other week ref to the afore mentioned title, I found a fix and thought I'd share just in case someone else experiences the same problem.........
1- remove the two cross head screws at the base of the seat back
2- remove the single cross head screw on the plastic shroud to the side of the seat- slide the shroud forward and it will come off with ease
3- carefully pull the seatback towards you to un'pop' the plastic connectors (2)- they are in the middle of the seatback (obviously you cant see them!)
4- slide up the seat back and remove the panel
5- there are two plastic cable adjusters - because it appeared that the cable had stretched slightly (over time) I increased the tension by turning one end of the black cable adjuster counterclockwise.
and bingo, hey presto, it worked....well, for me it did and no longer do my kids dive in to the back!
