Power Seat Headache

Hey Now...

Car is a 2002 C320 wagon. The driver's side power seat fore/aft function does not work. When the memory feature is pressed, the seat moves fore/aft, so the motor is fine. All other functions work fine.

Any suggestions? Can this be resynched?

HI,

i have a mercedes A170 diesel automatic.It was idle and not running for 2 months in cold weather.And now it does not start at all .Could you please advise.

I also have the same problem as Marley. I have a problem with my BAS and ESP. Everytime I drive it will at some point come on. Its not caused by harsh breaking etc. What could it be? When I restart the car it dissapears and the returns again at some point.

I have a 2001 C320 and only 46 000 miles!

2001 c240 electrical issues

Hi I have a 2001 c240 I have a few electrical issues
1-all my drivers door controls do not work and the keyless entry works for all the doors but the drivers door.I have 12v and ground at the control module inside the door.
2- no controls work on my steering wheel work not even the horn.
3-SRS light is on.

Ive done some searching but could not find anything for the these issues Ive checked all the connections under the seats there is no bare wires where it passes through the door loom.

!997 c280-Windshield wiper switch

I need to replace the windshield wiper/turn signal switch. You have to play with the switch to get the wiper to work. I understand you have to remove the air bag. This concerns me.

Hi Mike, Having the same problem with my 2003 C320 (SRS warning comes on, even after mechanic clears the code). We're also having our engine cooling fan fuse blow regularly, usually associated with either the "display malfunction" warning light, or strangely-performing A/C. Would appreciate sharing updates on getting our issues resolved, since we have the SRS warning in common...

Is there anyway to reset the srs warning light without going to the dealer?

Can you use a code reader?

Hello,
Two weeks ago I came back from holiday and pressure washed my car. The next morning I lowered my electric windows slightly on the way to work. At work my passenger window would not close. (no response from the switch) my Central locking would not work either.

I checked all the fuses and relays in the engine compartment and the box in the boot...All Okay

Three days later, my drivers window would not lower. I have had a suggestion from a very experienced person on another forum that I could have got water into the door controller ECU's, but I have had the passenger door panel off this weekend and they are bone dry. Furthermore, they do not look to be in a place where there could be an ingress of water..

Can you help?
