Hi everyone,

'94 C280. Ordered new ignition tumbler and it arrived today. From what I have read (re: other models, not W202), I am supposed to turn key to position I (accessory) to align the slots for insertion of release tool.

But I don't seem to be able to remove the black bezel around the tumbler and when I turn to position one, I don't see any slot (assuming they are hidden behind the black steel bezel). How do I remove the black bezel?

In addition, I don't see any groove or slots on my new tumbler. Someone suggested to practice with new tumbler for insertion of tool to release the locking latch. But I can't figure how
