c220 1995 (w202) Problem

I have a c220 1995 (w202) after starting it and letting the engine idle for some minutes tit would become unstable and wont move fast.
The technician said 2 plugs (no 2 & no 3) are not working. I have change the plug cables but still its not good.
He said I have to change the car's brain box, Inet cable and airflow meter.
I am not sure he know whats wrong.
Please does anyone here experienced similar problem or have an idea whats wrong with my car.
