Heres the deal... I am new to Mercedes and looking for a little help... I have a chance to take over a leaseon a 2007 Mercedes C280 4 MATIC. There are 16 months left on the 39,000mile lease, the car has 12,000 miles on it now. The buy-out after the lease is 22,000... Now for the "I think" deal of the century.... This guy is willing pay whatever is needed to get the payment down to 400 a month (total) for me to take the car.... All I have to do is cover the 600.00 transfer fee.... It sounds like a great deal to me..what do you folks think!!!???

 

I have never leased a car so I can't speak about the money. I can tell you that I bought a 2007 C280 4matic and I am absolutly in love with the car. I sometimes even go out in the garage at night and sit in it. This is not my first nice car. I came from Audi and still own a BMW,but it is one of the nicest I have had. If the money is right go for it! The car won't disappoint you.

Sounds like a pretty good deal. I would find out what the "cash payoff" would be once the current owner pays the lease down to $400 a month. Then you could just compare the cash payoff to the book value.
