2002 S500 sport.. the issue is the trunk will not go all the way up unless forced. the programmer for convenience is set to open fully but to no avail its not going. could it be a bad trunk shock ? also I have a problem with the washer reservoir the headlamp washer button was pushed and all the fluid ran out down by the for light screen i refilled the reservoir and i am still getting a low fluid message any help ?
