rear window issues

Hello sir, great to have a pro like yourself to help the rest of us out..... I have a 88' 300e with an issue or 2...

the front windows work just fine. The rears however... the buttons light up but no movement. Any advice would be greatly appreciated..

Benz Scaner

I like to buy a scaner to handle all the diagnosis for my mecedes. What third party scaner you would recommand and how much costs? and how much costs for a OEM scaner? Thanks!
