ML320 radio - Hopefully the right forum to post this question
Glad to find this forum.
My wife has a 2000 ML320. The battery went dead and after the mechanic changed it - and the radio went into enter the code mode. Evidently the mechanic didn't know that you have to plug in a tender, otherwise you disconnect the radio and have to enter a code to restart.
Long story short called Mercedes and got the code and even pulled the radio to be sure the serial number was the original one, which it was. Now that I have the code I've followed the instructions to input the code then press the button next to OK, but it won't work.
So who repairs these radios?
Hopefully someone on this site has some experience and knows someone good.
Thanks.
