Hi, I have not been able to activate my sat radio through Serius although I do have their number and the VIN of my car. I can see they can get through to my radio but I cannot choose or change any stations manually. Is there something my owner's manual is not telling me? Just bought the car as used 2011 S 550. Thanks.: confused:

 

Hello and welcome to the forum! This may be an obvious questions, but is your subscription to Sirius up-to-date? There should be a login with the subscription, so you can check all the info online as well.
