Can anyone recommend a home diagnostic analizer for my clk320?

I maintain my cars like aircrafts, but I cannot check alarms etc. as I would like.

most of them have very limited function.

they can only read and delete faults.

they cannot reset adaptations, coding or programming.

some cannot even read actual value which you must consider most when buying one.
