HELP W/ CAR TROUBLE
hi all, i have a 1988 560 SEC and recently it has died on me several times. my mechanic doesn't know what is going on. need a new mechanic.... it has died while driving on the highway, just shuts down and takes a
few times to restart it. it has died at a light when i put the gas pedal down. it has died just sitting at a light.
so you can see various times it has happened. it also makes a noise like a "hiccup" but doesn't always die
at that point. it doesn't seem to be an electrical problem, but more of a fuel related problem. i have put a gas treatment in it two times and it didn't seem to help much. i think it dies less when the gas tank is full. any ideas ? thanks alot ! kat
