havind a hard time finding good advice about this car have been coming here for a couple years now so it seems the info that you guys give on the 300e i have never even had to ask a question before but now i find myself in uncharted teritory. i wasnt going to buy the car but when i found out it is almost identical to my dream car the beefy 500e i jumped into action. I have bought parts online and at local parts stores but when i say 400e their computers freeze up and seem to get confused with 300e or some other v8 model. only 15 thousand of these things in the us and some of those are e420's. I hope this makes some guru out there druel at the chance to use their expertise and save my tail. Thanks again. Help

 

throwing some trouble codes but i cant find anything on this model year to know what the codes mean and how to fix. if i have to go to dealer im selling this thing asap the car is smooth fun and fast a little thirsty at the pumps though new wires and plugs got me up to 18 in the city new caps anr rotors should take me to the mpg promise land on this thing

 

what is it that you need to know about this car i happen to own one. it is a 124.034 it actually is the same motor that is in a 500e the only difference is that the 500e had a larger displacement. but they are both 119 motors and use pretty much the same parts with exception of the control unit parts and brake parts but for the most part it is the same.

 

hey im getting trouble codes 10,17,24 plus my car will not start now no gas or no spark but the contacts on tha cap are fried
