Fuel Pump failure ?

Default Fuel Pump failure ?

Hello Mercedes Genius, you guys always help, I really appreciate the support from this site. Ok enough brown nosing, My 95' S320 w/142000 miles would NOT start after turning engine off at a local parking lot. The car always started in one revolution. The car was running perfect, no hints of trouble. Very will maintained vehicle.
I suspect it’s the fuel pump or relay value or fuel pump fuse maybe?
1) how do I access the fuel pump?..... I think it’s in the fuel tank is there an access door.
2) what’s the best way to check for fuel pressure. Where would be a good area to crack a line.
3) best way to relive fuel pressure?
1) where is the fuel pump relay or value?

THANKS A MILLION FOR ANY HELP

Checkout the Fuel Pump Relay.

It's located in the right (passenger side in USA) of the trunk on the inner fender.
Remove the trunk lining and you'll see the components in the picture below:
