You can call me Dumb or what ever you like. But I have looked for over two hours under my 600 SL hood, but was unable to locate the Battery. I need to jump it so I can start it and drive it away. It has been sitting for over 7 Months.

yes its inside the trunk,on the right,lift carpet and u ll see it,i personally wouid nt jump start it ,you ll blow the roof motor,remove battery have it charged or re new best advice............. NAZ

 

check the trunk.......that's where I found mine after about the same time you spent looking for it! Mine hidden behind the covers in the right wheel well

don't jump your battery --- remove and charge
