ABS Light

1984 380 SEL Abs light turns on after i drive off. Is it OVP related or is it something with the ABS?
Turn car off and restart same thing happens.

My neighbor had the same problem with her ML and it turned out to be and ABS sensor. Fixed under warranty. But yours is a 84. If you are mechanical, you can check the resisitance at the sensors to see if one is bad.

pull ft sensors out ,,5 mm allen ..is if its got metal shaving on it ,,from brakes ..that can turn it on too,,and dont cost a thing
