Abs Light Perminantly on.Abs not working at all

Abs Light Perminantly on.Abs not working at all
The Abs ON MY 300E stays on perminantly. I have checked the fuse on the relay with the fuse on top and it's all ok.Tried disconnecting the battery for a couple of hours then reconnecting.No change. Sensors look to all be connected ok. Only thing I can think of is the ABS relay? Any advice would be great.
