240D Dash light replacement. How do I take it apart?

240D Dash light replacement. How do I take it apart?
I have a 1982 240D. One of my dash lights are out and it is making it hard to see the guages at night.How do I go about getting the dash apart so I can change these? I can not find any screws or clips that look like they will remove the parts I need.
Can anyone help me with this? Id sincerely appriciate it!!!
