HID replacement for 350SD?

HID replacement for 350SD?
I want to know if it's possible to replace stock headlights and / or fog lights with HID for 91' 350SD.
Questions:
- What on-line retailers supply reliable HID replacement?
- Would the replacement fit perfectly or would they require body/harness mods?
- What mods to electrical system (e.g., fuses) are required to do this?
- In NJ, where I live, 'blue lights' are not legal, so what color temp (Kelvin) HID lamps should be used? I was told some where around 4300K - is that right?
Bottom line: Is this a DIY job? I am handy, but I might not have all the tools ...
Thank you.

thereĀ“s no Xenon designed to be for Your vehicle.
Re-fitting is maybe possible but I donĀ“t know, if it is allowed in Your country
without automatically heith adjustment and head light cleaning device.
There are already a couple of threads here about this topic... already tried?
Yes, the light colour between 4100 and 4900 is more white. The higher the light temperatur is, the more it getĀ“s to blue, like for example about 8000K
