[>:]Help,I a just purchased a 350sd and now the climate control has stopped working.The blower will not operate in manual at any speed or in auto mode.I checked fuses,removed plug going to the blower regulator,I got 1.7 volts in low speed,and 7.5 volts at high speed using a fluke,however if I use a text lite (12v) I am not getting a lite where I read the voltage,I would think the test lite would illuminate ,is this showing I may have volts but no amps? Any direction or help would be greatly appreciated,thanks.

 

Update,egg on my face.I finally located the blower motor fuse,and now everything works as advertised.The location of the strip fuse was in front of the master cylinder,on the back of the sheetmetal bulkhead.It was in a black case that flips open on one side.The fuse was cracked and making intermittant contact.
