So it turns it wasn't a vac line, but the fuel shut off solenoid.

Where is that at?

I had a similar problem yesterday and freaked out cause it was midnight. Turns out it was two vac lines that slipped off during some late night wrenching. lol

I followed both of the vac lines that come from the ignition lock. One of the lines (red and green) goes up under the engine to what looks like the fuel pressure reglator (right beneath the intake). This is the shutoff solenoid (for lack of a better term). You can see it if you stare down between the air intake runners. The mechanic told me it was a couple hundred dollar part, but I saw one yesterday on ebay for 13 bucks.

Respected sir,
We are having the computer of star diagnostic system from last 4 years and we are working on it successfully .
The problem we are having on it is the system foot throttle ,the speed of the machine is locked on 90 kms , but the machine can run above 90 kms.
There are trucks running above 90kms.
We can go to the system of this, where we can exceed the speed , but a code is required . kindly arrange to serve us with it .
We will be very grateful and thankful arrange for it.
Thanking
yours faithfully
