butanywaysI just recently got my hands on a 2000 S500, Car so far is great has had all recalls done and a recent clean bill of health, and man can I saywhat asatisfying automobile, regardless of its used condition,figured i would give the "three pointed star" a shot and tradedin my 98 LS400.

butI am a former BMW, then Lexus Owner. This My true first Mercedes...I got a real good deal on the car, in reality main reason I got it.but the car is needing some TLC to bring it back to Mercedes Standards, or my standards I should say haha.

A good detailing and some of these parts which I am looking for, hopefully with your help I can get this car ready for spring. and I promise to post before and after pics once I am finished


well anyway this is a list of the parts I am needing and having trouble finding:

main one: -Front Passenger Door Control Module (DCM) not wanting to go to stealer for this part

but also am looking to buy:
-stone leather Console (actually just need the leather lid, it is ripped) but will buy the whole console

-Wood Shift ****, wood trim on driver door, and small piece of wood trim located on the dash to the left of the steering column

-stone (grey) leather steering wheel, I have the airbag and controls, just need the wheel in good shape

-Midwest Navigation CD, I think it is Disk 3 for IOWA

-good set of mats, whether they be all weather, or carpet but either black or grey in color
