I hear that cylinder head from m119 can connect to m117... Is is true or joke?

no its not true they both v8 but the valve opening is more on 119 than 117 so nop.....

I just asked about this, because I read about "amg hummer", where m117 get ~340 hp with 32-valve head and I interested what type of head did they use? Theyr own or head from m119.
