reckless driving

RE: reckless driving
Oh man ... I used to live in Fairfax County .. the judges are all retired State Troopers .. I sh_t you not. You must get a lawyer and if you had one the first time around .. get a better one. Whatever you do, if you don't speak good english .. don't talk .. let the lawyer do all the talking. The judges hate hispanics (I know this first-hand) and asians. If you are Asian or Hispanic in Fairfax County you are taking one hell of a risk by speeding.
I had an extremely fast 190E with a stroked C-36 AMG engine in it .. and before long I had four tickets .. the Fairfax cops were all over me. I had to sell the car to get them off my back.
Best of luck ... the Fairfax juries are usually populated with retired republican old ladies who are very closed minded ... GET A LAWYER!

RE: reckless driving
Just read the whole saga, unbelievable, seems a bit harsh to me. I can not understand why anyone would live in VA, tight *** laws, rednecks, bad roads, high taxes, sh---y weather, and it's right next to the capitol of all stupidity, DC!

RE: reckless driving
Man, seems like everyone has a bad view of the metro DC area. Oh well to each their own. Not everyone can live, and thrive in the most powerful city in the world. You guys are best staying in your little po-dunk town, living life as the big bad fish in the itty bitty pond!!
