I'm trying to decide on getting 2010 450 with premium package 1 for $39k with 44k miles or 2009 with premium package 2 w/Rear entertainment system for $37k with 36k miles both have the appearance package also. Need some help deciding which would be the better deal.

 

that's tough one.

with the 2010- that price is about 2,000 under the kbb with the info provided

and the 2009 is about 1,000 under kbb with information.

Of course both are probably still under warrenty. With the 2010 that is an extra year over the 2009 iirc but of course you have 8,000 extra to spare in miles with the 2009.


I don't recall too many major changes between the 2009 and 2010 and thus when it said and done, the blue book will be closer to each other and get closer as the 2012 ages and get replaced. In the end the one with the more options tends to win.

Also, the deciding factor is service records. Since both were and probably still are under warranty, there definitely should be just about all records available, although not much with those miles, but some.


Man it's a tough choice and tell you the truth I'm not sure which one I would pick myself. For me that rear entertainment system is tempting but then again I have no kids so it would be unused.
