Hi,

My display unit starts with the Mercedes logo screen and freezes with a frozen screen. So cants get radio, satnav, media etc

can you please help/guide me how to reboot/reset the Mercedes unit … I have tried few things but does not seem to be working… Also if the car is switched off, does the unit automatically reset ?

would really appreciate any help/guidance
