Hi-

I take ownership today of a black 2005 CLK55 AMG, 108K, all dealer serviced, appears to have been garaged and/or in the south east states most of it's life.
I am EXCITED.
I do my own work as much as possible. I am retired and have a garage with a lift. So first goals are to get a second key made as cheaply as possible, and find a bi-directional code reader appropriate to my DIY enthusiast - level of interest and capability. I have experience with the VAG-COM system for VW, looking for something like that for my CLK. Appreciate any tips on either (or other) fronts.
And yes, the valve covers are leaking in spite of having been "fixed" twice at Merc dealerships.
