Shifter Bushing Replacement
1979 450 SLC
How does one replace the shifter busing on the lever next to the transmission without dropping the transmission?
I replaced the busing in the end by the shifter but can't access the one on the other end of thelever mounted on the transmission. Thisis the little $2.00 plastic bushing held on by a spring clip.
