roof goes down but parcel shelf stays up..help

roof goes down but parcel shelf stays up..help
beautiful sunny day in bonny scotland....roof down weather.roof went down into bootspace,but rear parcel shelf stopped midway between up and down,any suggestions please.have had a quick visual check,but cant see anything,any advice gratefully accepted,
